“Nice stay”

“The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. “Our four night stay at the Avanti House in the Kellogg Room (room#7) was amazing, they had everything we could need including private bath, common rooms, and kitchen with toaster oven/microwave, and everything you need for coffee/tea and snacks”

“Ugh this was not a great place. No parking unless you do valet for $25 overnight. The lobby reeked of chlorine, and the pool was extremely small. The room was clean and functional. Good for business trips, not for family trips.”

“We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again.”

“Even though I had booked a room through this site, when I arrived the hotel was overbooked and I did not have a room. The desk clerk offered no apologies and no solutions.”

“Staff was great. Office closes at 10pm so make sure if you run out to you car you have your key. Outside in the back were I walked the dog looked like a homeless camp. Parking lot very dirty. We had no power so didn’t have many choices with a dog. Price was great and lots of food options close”

“There is a $100.00 deposit due at check in. There was a questionable stain on the chair in our room. The shower leaked and the room was very dim. The lobby and hallways were questionable with cracked tiles and dirty baseboards. The fish tank in the lobby looked very neglected. We did not look/use the pool or breakfast.”
