“Extremely poor standard of the room. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned upon arrival nor during the days we stayed there. Poor service from the staff. Spiders and animals in the room. “Vi hade en bra vistelse men tyvärr var det mycket blåsigt och mycket tång. Gick inte att bada i havet. Personalen var trevlig. Maten och drycken var bra. Rummet var slitet men funktionellt.”

“Wonderful place and staff. Beach outside is not for swimming but they give bikes for free and have a private beach 10 minutes from the hotel. However I recommend you to rent a car because this hotel is located 20-30 minutes from hotel area and center of Tulum where u will find all the shops and restaurants etc. But the hotel restaurant and food was good too! Highly recommend. ”
