“Convenient apartment, nice neighborhood! Three of us enjoyed a week in Rome here before a cruise. This was a great place to stay to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome in a safe, walkable area. Monica was able to arrange airport pickup for us and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She has great pride in ownership and inspired us to care for her place. “The apartment was beautiful and our host, Salvatore, was outstanding. From the communication prior to our trip, to help with transit from the airport to the warm welcome on arrival and all his advice and guidance, it could not have been better. It was the perfect start to our trip, thank you!”

“The start of our trip was a major disappointment - still waiting to see the inside of our accommodation. The host sent last corro advising they would meet us at 5pm we waited from 4.15pm until 7pm We phoned several times with zero response, even an Italian policeman who offered assistance rang the host also to no avail. We then had to scramble to find accommodation at that late hour after travelling for 24hr from AUS to Italy. A terrible start to our trip. By the time the host actually made...
