“Clean, kitchen was full stocked to cook. Bathrooms nice. Beds soft. Staff friendly by text & prompt to reply. WiFi good, good location, has a lift and few stairs to apartment. Cute Juliet windows, nice TV in living room. Big kitchen table to eat at for family. I would recommend to stay at. Dino the owner and his staff are helpful.”

“The location of the house was good. It was about a 15 -20 min walk from the Termini Station. There was a restaurant and ice cream place on the street. The grocery store was about 8 mins away. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had a couple of coffee makers. But the kitchen table was in one of the rooms where there are couches (that can be used as beds) not the kitchen so that was a little inconvenient to use while people were sleeping. The host replied to our questions very quickly that was...

“Our stay was amazing! The place was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. We especially loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to the metro, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded promptly to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our experience and felt right at home. We will definitely come back on our next...

“Superb location”

“The hostess Elena was there finishing cleaning when we arrived. She let us check in early because we wanted to wander around the city without our luggage in tow. She explained everything to us. The only problem we had was figuring out how to open the door. After she left, we probably spent an hour trying to figure it out. We even sent her an email, which she responded to very promptly. It was quite easy once we finally figured it out. The flat is lovely. The beds were very comfortable and there...

“Casa molto accogliente e arredata a gusto nei minimi particolari Dettagli molto curati e dotata di ogni comfort. C'è davvero tutto. Dalla biancheria al caffè al cioccolatino alla spugna dei piatti. Unica pecca è che essendo proprio sulla strada si sentono i rumori dei viandanti. Va beh ci si sveglia presto la mattina, nessun problema. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per un romantico soggiorno nella città eterna ”

“Immediately adjacent to the Termini train station and an easy walk to the Coliseum and Pantheon. La Famiglia reastaurant is just a block away.”
