We had a good time for Christmas with our big family, plenty of space, we had a few issues with stove but got a response right away from host, communication was excellent.Stores and beach right around the corner Bring plenty of repellent, other than that I recommend this place

More than a few problems, mostly in the kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work, it'd run for a long time, but no water and the soap ever reached a dish. Had to unload it and wash everything by hand. Let the management company know that it wasn't working and the seen their message the next day, 'did you turn it on'. Pretty offensive, of course we turned it on.There was no dish rack to set hand washed dishes. As noted in other reviews the dishwasher wasn't attached, so we didn't try to use it for drying. Used a few towels to set dishes on. No flat pan for baking, lots of silverware, but only 4 forks, so we continually ended up washing the 4 forks. The knob on the sink was broken, it was placed on the faucet like it worked but as soon as you moved it, it fell off. Excluding when it fell in the garbage disposal and we had to get it out, it wasn't a problem as you could set it aside and still work the faucet. There's a picnic table in the pictures shown on the lower level, that's not there anymore. This is a major item if you're doing any grilling downstairs, which we always do. There were ashes on the main deck as the groups before us must have carried the grill upstairs. The cleaning crew came back and took care of a few items (not all).Overall, we might stay here again if the kitchen items were fixed, but overall probably not as the management company had to know these items were broke, so we're not sure we'd trust them to actually have fixed these items.

Had a great time at your property celebrating a birthday with family and friends. The house was comfortable and nicely accommodated our party of all adults. The location was good, not far away from beach, convenience stores and few restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and even the firepit on a summer night. Few things to mention, all the bedrooms did not cool at night, dishwasher is not secure to wall, and we did see ants in the kitchen and bedrooms a few times. An outdoor shower after the beach would be a huge bonus!! But overall would recommend and book again. Thank you!!

We still enjoyed our stay.

Check in was super easy. Cleanliness was a little to be desired. I understand Surfside isn’t a huge tourist destination and that most come with fishing intentions, that it is a very weather beaten place. But things about the house could be kept up better considering it’s a vacation rental property. A warning should come with the surroundings areas water conditions, city water specifically. I know you as a rental company or the owner of the house can not do much about it besides a water filtration system but it definitely was surprising.

Surf Side Sea Esta

The Sea Esta was a good fit for our party—ample room for our group of 12. The loft bedroom was a great getaway for the teenagers who needed a break from the rest of the family. Convenient to the beach. Walkable when the weather allowed. We would come to this house again.

Nice Beach House

This beach house is a nice place for 10 people, and sleeps everyone comfortably. The game room is fun for the kids, and we did spend some time in there with ours playing the games downstairs. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and more, which was very nice. Beach is just a short walk away, as well as a gas station and a small grocery store are very close by. They also have a charcoal grill there, which we used 2 nights for dinner. That was also nice, as some of the places we have stayed in the past did not have one. I think our only two complaints was the water smelled weird, which I can not blame the host for that, as that seems more of a city issue. And the LockBox for the key to the house would not open. BUT they were in constant communication with us on that, and we did get inside after 5-10 minutes of messaging back and forth, which we used that time to unload our things and take upstairs anyways. Overall, we had a great time staying at this location with our family, friends and 2 dogs, and would not have a problem to book here again.

Stay wasn’t horrible but not the best. House needs some maintenance and a good deep clean. The tub in the main restroom is cracked and is leaking downstairs. It has already caused a whole in the foundation. Not long before someone falls through. Knobs were falling off doors/ kitchen cabinets. Some beds felt as if they had sand on them. Walls/ windows need a good clean. Other than that, it was a good house, very spacious, in a great location. Offers multiple options for entertainment. Would rent out again.

Overall the stay was ok. We did not like the tub had a crack in & was leaking downstairs. Felt like someone was going to fall through. The neighbor in the green house kept coming out in a G string.. we did have kids so this was not ok. Downstairs room was a little hot but Overall the stay was good. I would rent it again.

This is actually a great beach house and the location is great. Kitchen is well supplied with cookware/utensils. Kids really enjoyed the gameroom. Plenty of space for our group of 12. My only reason for less stars is, there were alot of small repairs needed. doorknob came off

Great weekend getaway

Spring is the perfect time to visit surfside beach! The property was perfect for our family and friends. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Location is fantastic! If you are not familiar with the area, the house is walking distance from a convenient store and pedestrian beach access. My husband and I enjoyed coffee and lunch out on the deck. My son and teenage friends enjoyed the game room and guest room upstairs in the main house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great quality cookware for a rental property. We will be back next spring.

Great Location

The home could use a general cleaning very dusty that was the first thing we had to do was clean could not walk bear feet. Broken and leaking bathtub and smelly water in every bathroom and tap. Water is very very bad in the whole house.

Fun weekend stay

Our family had a really great stay. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun trip. The grill was great, the fire pit was fun, lots of rooms and space for everyone to hang and sleep. The house stayed cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
