Charming Newly remodeled Clark house on the beach!

Newly remodeled beachfront home is family-perfect and has all the amenities you are searching for. The upper deck features amazing views of the traffic-free pedestrian beach and is an idyllic place to relax and watch ships pass through the Freeport channel. The lower deck provides shade from the summer sun while the kids play in the sand. The beach is so close to the house that you can hear the surf. Chances are good that you will see dolphins at play.

This charming Clark house features two bedrooms and one bath. The bath is a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom contains a twin-over-queen bed, to sleep six. Bed linens and towels are provided. All-in-one washer/dryer combo makes daily beach laundry easy. The kitchen is well equipped for your needs.

Outside, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and a porch swing will add to your enjoyment.

Vacationing in a fisherman’s paradise, you can be catching fish just a few feet from your beach retreat. The half-mile-long jetty, a short walk away, is ideal for fishing, walking, or just watching. There’s a park at the jetty with a splash pad and nature trails. Several nearby restaurants offer everything from burgers to seafood.

Come enjoy and relax at this little piece of heaven on Surfside Beach.

Happy Getaway

The property was very well maintained. They provided every kitchen essential you would need except for a blender. This is our second time to stay here and we are probably going to return again next summer. Super location for kids no traffic running in front of the house or beach area. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to stay

This place is just as advertised. We very much enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable. View is amazing. You are able to walk right out of the house and go fishing right there or walk to the pier. We did catch quite a few fish right out front of the house! Would love to stay again in the future. Only thing that could be better in my opinion, is the hot water temperature being turned up so the showers can be hot as it was just warm. Overall this has been one of the top places I have ever booked. Give it a try!

First Beach Stay

Right on the beach! First time for use to take our kid to the beach. The close vicinity is perfect if it turns out your toddler doesn’t want to be in the sand or water. Spend lots of time on the deck or at the window watching ships!

Great location!

Right on the beach on the pedestrian side, so no traffic! No need to haul canopy and things down to set up either, just hang out at the house and enjoy the beach, waves, coffee, sunrise…will rent again!

This was our 4th time to stay at Surfside beach. This house by far met all of our expectations!! From the location to the owners who were so helping and very responsive with anything we asked! Perfect for the four of us

My daughter, her twin girls and I always stay a week at the beach after school is out. This was our first stay at Surfside. We enjoyed it very much! We loved the house being so close to the water. The girls could play in the sand or in the shallow surf while we sat in the porch swing downstairs. They had big fun finding tiny crabs in the rocks! The house was really cute. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was equiped with all we needed as far as utensils, pots, pans etc. We would definitely stay there again.

In LOVE!

We have been to Surfside multiple times and always stay at the opposite end of the beach, but wanted to give this side a try and have direct beach front. We quickly realized we should have been staying here the whole time! No cars on this side of the beach made the biggest difference, and the house being so close to the ocean was incredible. We could put our son down for a nap and the monitor would reach down to the sand! We were so happy to see that the bathroom is Jack and Jill style where both bedrooms have access, and the home was the perfect size for 4 adults and a toddler; we even hope to return with another kiddo next year! We did end up buying our own beach chairs just to be a little more comfortable and brought our own shade structure, but everything else you could need is there! So happy to have found this slice of paradise and can’t wait to return.

Perfect spot

This area of Surfside is our favorite! We love watching the big ships come in by the jetty! Great views and the house was very nice! Perfect size for us!
