“Opened the door and immediately noticed a funny smell in the room, the bathroom was even worse…I had the handicap room, the smell seemed to be from under the sink and all the exposed pipes with the old pipe wrap …left the fan run all night. Other than the smell the room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. ”

“It was nice until 2nd day of which shower/tub clogged and they didnt fix. Also did not clean room. They took towels and didnt return. Once i returned to room, called front desk request towels was informed i had to go downstairs to get them; mind you its late im tired i just want to shower and sleep. The lady was very rude. She said if you want towels you have to come down and then hung up.Next day no one came to fix shower and still no towels. Husband went to eat breakfast brought towel up....

“We needed an overnight stop. This was the best we could do in this town. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but shabby. The towels were clean but old and had been washed too many times. The tub was clean but stained. Overall a good experience and exactly what we needed for the price we paid.”

“The wife was skeptical until we pulled up to the cabin. Her actual words were “How CUTE is THAT?”. The interior and exterior decor was awesome. Once inside, we found it to be larger than we thought. It was very peaceful, secluded and only about a 15 minute drive to Nashville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.”

Not worth the money
"Having heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed. The location is very noisy - we didn’t sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least we’d expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent. The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. The knowledge about restaurants, concerts and other events close to non-existent, which is no unacceptable for this level of hotel. Asking for a really good place to have lunch, we got recommended a fast food food court. The in-house coffee shop serves good coffee and really bad sandwiches at a high price. One of the days they forgot our housekeeping (and no, we didn’t leave a “don’t disturb” sign) and had to ask for housekeeping four times. We never got it. So - spend your money somewhere else!"
