In the living room with separate kitchen there is a cosy sofa set and a dining area.
This room is flooded with light and has a marvellous view of the chestnut trees. Here on the west-facing balcony you can round off the evening with a cosy glass of wine.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and cooking utensils.
The bathroom with daylight window has a shower, WC and washbasin.
From the bedroom with double bed you have access to the east-facing balcony.
