We contacted the host and got new sheets the next day. It went smoothly! The bathroom was fresh and nice. There was plenty of toilet paper, hairdryer, cotton pads, towels and soap. The air conditioning was great. Good with washing facilities for clothes. Convenient with its own fridge and sink with washing-up...

“The property sat on one of the highest hills with the perfect side by side corner window view of the city overlooking sunsets. We’ve not missed a single one, it was gorgeous! To get to this property was very easy, and inside we got everything needed. Fully stocked kitchen, ample natural light, all amenities and free extras as well. “The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

“The hotel was lovely. Great location. I got breakfast and parking included, which was a great deal. Breakfast is made to order in the bistro. Only downside was that the beds were way too firm and the pillows were awful for a nice hotel. Literally the only downside, but kind of a big one.”

“Great place to stay if you’re happy to walk to the centre. It’s easily accessible and does have a small car park. It seemed to be first come first served. We had a Chevy suburban and the receptionist was very helpful and let us use the large space outside FOC. Unfortunately the bar closed every night (in July) by 8pm so you can’t get a quick drink from anywhere when you get back to your hotel. (No room service either) For travelling with children it was perfect! (Ages 9&11)”
