“After a week camping in awful weather, I wanted to get a place whilst I met up with some old friends, I booked this place on line, and I'm so glad I did! It was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped, the owners are very friendly, and have done a great job in renovating the building into a 5 star accommodation, would highly recommend it”

“Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. Most days began with a coffee overlooking the lake, watching the sunrise and the cloud disperse. Beautiful walks from the doorstep and of course a lot of kayaking right from the door.
