“Property just as described. Slight problem on Christmas Day, but this was responded to immediately. It needed to reset the fire alarm but was resolved quickly. However, there was a "bleep" sound from the control box in the hall after this, which was very close to the pillow of the lower bunk where our son slept. His sleep was interrupted, but otherwise all went as planned. Many thanks Steve Sedwell”

“Fell View provided us with the perfect home from home to return to after a long day walking on the fells. We really appreciated the calm feel of the cottage, the impressive hot shower and extremely comfortable bed. Parking was easy and we enjoyed eating outside in glorious May sunshine on the smart decked area. The utility space/boot room also came in really useful for all our walking gear! Portinscale was a pretty and quiet base for our holiday with plenty of lovely walks right from the door as...
