"Room was listed at $80 but I paid $112. A little bummed that they charged $10 for parking when everyone basically has to drive to Manitou Springs. List the room for $90 and parking is included! Also AC unit was SO noisy!! Had to completely turn it off. Otherwise the room was fine. I was there for about 12 hours."
