Elevators are a huge problem. You can be stucked 20 min+. Cleaning service not the best. They forget you and occupies elevators. Breakfast is good for 4 star hotel in Dubai. “Great location of the hotel, close to the beach, metro and main highways. Rooms are fine except for the bathtub. It's really pointless to have in such a small room. Also I would not recommend the breakfast, the food is good but the service is really bad. Some workers really ignores you and don't take your order unless you contact them yourselves. (You need to order your breakfast and they deliver it to your table). Some of the staff were amazing and fast, while others really didn't want to help...
