"I have stayed here quite a few times. Always the same every time. Clean, bustling, close to the airport. They do offer parking if you need to while you go on a cruise or short trip. I believe it is a out $10 per day. They have a large parking lot. Kay at the front desk was particularly great to deal with and made sure that my most recent stay was pleasant. Chop Steakhouse which is off the hotel lobby has great food. All dishes are good. Personal favorite is the blue cheese wedge salad...

"We had an excellent day, it felt like a luxury hotel. Staff were very friendly and efficient, the room was quite comfortable, except the bed pillows were a little too fluffy. We appreciated that they reimbursed for the airport shuttle when we came in very late During the few hours, it wasn’t operating. "

"I booked family 1 room consist of 2 queen beds. Overall good experience. Hotel looks new, it has entertainment area and can cater for long stay as it has complete of cooking set. "Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...
