“I was very surprised by the room, it was more like a suite with kitchen, living area, bed room with 2 queen beds, bath and a half and a deck where we could see the ocean. Right on the promenade very central. Will definately stay again when we are taking the ferry the next day :)”

No AC, but there is a fan. No refrigerator, no microwave, no dishwasher . Shower and main bathroom 2 floors below in basement.
Room was perhaps 10x10. Not anywhere near 322.9 sq feet.
Bottom line, if id known in advance of these false statements, i would not have booked.
There is a kitchen, downstairs and im sure there is a microwave refrigerator and dishwasher in the kitchen.
