“There wasn’t a coffee maker when we arrived, and the one later provided was leaking. We had to request another one afterward. It also felt like the appliances weren’t properly maintained, and there were no cupboards in the kitchen. They provided the hotel extension number information, but there was no phone in the room. Had to contact them by email because nobody answered the hotel phone number. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work well, and the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there...

“The property was over priced for what it is , I had called the hotel to ask about adjusting dates due to a family emergency and the front desk person stated she would contact the manager and get back to me but I never heard anything and no mention at check in either ……. The hotel is okay but I would expect better at the rate they charge , they did however give a water bottle at check in but I’d preferred they keep the gift and charge appropriately………”

“The breakfast was not what I expected; they got our order wrong, but overall it was a really great environment. The coffee in the lobby area with the view it has is worth a lot to experience.”

“Karey is a very personable host and if you are a dog lover she has 3 well mannered standard poodles; Wally, Tigre and Molly. If you like, Karey will call them into your room one at a time to meet you. The bed was comfortable, you have your choice of 3 breakfast items and ours was delicious. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, however , we plan to return to explore the surrounding beaches and walks.”

“Gorgeous spot. We lucked out on a deal for the master suite and having an oversized jacuzzi in your room overlooking the mountains and valley- like a dream. The resort on site dining was superb and the grounds beautifully landscaped and maintained. We didn’t have time to try everything there but would come back for sure”

“We were greeted with a warm welcome and giving very clear instructions. Staff avail 24/7 if any issues. Checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Rooms were fully equipped to be self sufficient if you wanted to be. Even had ice in oir room in apartment size fridge. Definitely stay again.”

“Great breakfast. The room was smelly. We had to open the window. Dog rooms are the worst. I slept with my service dog there and got a much nicer room.”

“Easy street parking. Secure door, plenty of room, comfortable bed and in unit laundry! Kitchen supplies limited- no pots or pans. Otherwise 10/10. Nice location too!”

“The TV was an issue. It had a prior guests name on it and would turn on and shut off randomly. Unable to get it to stop. Turned on in the night. Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.”

“Beautiful location, excellent views of the bay. Hotel very spa like. Rooms clean, comfortable and relaxing and very quiet. Nice that the 16+ age restriction is adhered to. The pub has excellent ambience and food.”
