“The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm.”

“Wasn’t sound proof. Our room was on the front side and it sounded like we were in our car and parked along side of Hwy. So loud I had to turn the tv on to help drown out the noise. Bathroom doorknob was broken.”

“From our late arrival at almost midnight because of flight delays we were met by a very warm and welcoming lady at the front desk. She facilitated our check in so we could rest soonest. We really appreciated that. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom very clean! Although everything was very clean we could not help but wonder about the smell of cigarette smoking upon entering our room. They did state 100% no smoking! Breakfast was a pleasant experience. “The staff at the restaurant was awesome! The food (breakfast and dinner) delicious and presented beautifully. My bathroom was not cleaned properly . They was hair stuck to the shower and accumulated in areas on the floor. Communication was difficult with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak English. They were very nice. My fridge was not cooling properly. It was reported but no one came to fix it during my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the a/c fans were right outside the window...

“We had a good stay! We came to see a Cubs game, it’s only about 30-40 minutes from Wrigley Field depending on traffic. Really easy check in and out. Decent breakfast in the morning too.”
