Check-out was bland like nothing happened the day before. Customer service is definitely wanting... No offer to delay check out or even get some feedback on how the inconvenience could be rectified. The hallway ceiling, walls and floors need renovation.”

“Rooms are dated with old furniture, old appliances. Old carpet. Noise level high. None of staff in uniform, didn't appear to be a franchise run property, though it falls under Wyndham. You can get a much better place with just a few additional $.”

“Essential toiletries were minimal; bar soap and towels were appreciated, though a toothbrush and toothpaste would help bare minimum travellers. Some of the wood furnishings around the room entrance was splintered.”

“The place isn’t clean at all, stains and tears all over the hotel room. We were woken up at 645 am to the fire alarms going off in the entire building. Apparently the staff burnt some breakfast and had the whole hotel up early.”
