“ We had a great stay. House was immaculate. Had all amenities and more. Very well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Perfect for two families. The kids had so much fun using the kayaks. The backyard was an amazing spot to hang out. The price was higher than we usually spend on a vacation rental but we felt it was worth it in this case. I would highly recommend this house. ”

“Beautiful house! We had a wonderful time staying here with our family friends and their kids. The house was clean, well maintained and updated. There was plenty of space for our group of nine. The hot tub was lovely and the view from the backyard was absolutely gorgeous. We also loved being so close to Glen Arbor. Highly recommend this property!! ”

“Location is great, very close to downtown Glen Arbor. The place was quiet and comfortable during the July heat. We had our infant with us and had space to set up our pack-n-play. There was some stained make-up on the towels, but otherwise a clean place to stay. We did experience some bugs (typical for the woods nearby) and we shared this with the host. They were very responsive and helpful. Overall, great stay!”

“Great house! We had an 11 month old, and 9 adults and all slept comfortably. The 11 month old slept upstairs and no one could hear her when she cried overnight/early in the morning. All the beach extras and towels were very nice to have. The host was responsive to questions asked. 100% would stay again! ”

“We had a great stay. The photos online match the actual house. We were a large group and enjoyed all the room to spread out. The sun porch invites you to relax while watching hummingbirds at nearby feeders. We ate most of our meals in and found the kitchen user friendly. James Smith, the host of this property was likewise friendly and relaxed. We had 6 young children with us, James’s demeanor set us at ease, the kids felt welcome and the parents relaxed I would recommend this home and it’s host”
