“Very nice stay on our way to Phantasialand. The teens really liked the room and castle. Very clean and spacious. Big parking space and a lot of car chargers.”

“Good middle class hotel close to "shopping mall". Good base for excursions to Köln and Phantasialand. No AC only fans. Free parking, alot of them. 10min walk to "city center" (restaurant street) Good breakfast with large spread. Some of the staff seems to be struggeling with english.”

“Mycket trevligt mottagaande. ”

Fijn hotel-appartement, modern, rustig gelegen, comfortabel, gastvrij-gevoel.”

“Very nice location with an inner garden and close location to a typical local high class restaurant. Extra points for amazing receptionist! ”

“The staff where brilliant and incredibly friendly, would have been 5 stars but I do feel like the cleaning in the rooms could have been better. Lots of dust around, surfaces not wiped down properly before arrival and floors could have been cleaned better, there was hairs around the beds and in the bathroom on the floor and dust buildup in the corners of the rooms. Location is great, supermarket next door, lots of places to eat and a lovely walk around the palace gardens which is a 3-4 min walk...
