After requesting my reservation with VRBO, I got confusing emails which eventually wound up in me not paying with VRBO but with a Barcelona travel agency. That agency would not give me the address of my rental nor instructions on how to access the key. That was done by the taxi driver that the agency hired to take us from the the airport to the rental location. The description of the property noted it had a washer and dryer. Not true. No dryer,...

“Perfect located in a nice, cosy and quiet street. Good to make holiday with friends. The appartement is simple and a little bit damaged here and there. Best thing is the nice terrace and pool. People are not very nice and friendly and you have to call several times to get back the overpayed fee. Thats sad”

“The property was clean and had everything listed. The balcony was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Location wise they had a ton of great restaurants . The only con was the pick up location for the keys is not where the apartment is. However they let us know immediately and the taxi waited for us to take us to the apartment. They checked me in quickly so I appreciated it. ”
