âBeside the extra service we were expecting from the reception regarding the help for finding a ride to the airport bus terminal and help to take the luggages out of the hotel (we had six luggages), we were satisfied with this stay.
The automatic light in the hallway was definitely annoying. I wish the lights in the room has more than one dim lights.
Overall, we can think of coming back again.â
âWe had a spacious deluxe room on the 16th floor. The view was fantastic. It is a walk from the station, however there is a convenient shuttle bus service free of charge. The neighborhood is not offering much except for the FANTASTIC little sushi restaurant a block away which we we were advised by the hotel to visit. Breakfast was 4/5. Good attentive service all around but the fitness facility was a bit on the expensive side for what was on offer (4000+ yen).â
