“Pretty nice spot, very lively neighborhood and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.”

“Amazing stay great location host is kind and very helpful”

“We love to stay at this lovely home! It is spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well located for Folsom frolics! The Host was pleasant, prompt, and accommodating for the few requests we had at the last minute. Five Stars all the way!”

“The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. ”

“Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. Host - friendly, responsive and top notch. If needed to stay longer, I couldn't imagine wanting to find any other place to stay. Keep it up and...

“Excellent stay. Really loved the back yard and hot tub!”

“Love this place.”

“What a wonderful place to enjoy time with extended family and friends! The location was amazing - so quiet and private but close to sooo much. We loved being close to the lake, restaurants, wineries, Costco, and so much more. At the same time, it was hard to leave the property, with all its great gathering spots inside and out.”

“the home is really nice”

“Beautiful home, with great amenities. Easy communication with our host. Conveniently located near shopping, and restaurants. Our family would stay here again!”

“The house is nice, clean and huge backyard. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“We stayed at this property to spend time with extended family in town for my daughter's wedding. Everything was perfect! The host was very quick to respond to requests leading up to the stay. The property had everything we could possible need or want. It made the time together so wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this property and host! It will be my go to place whenever family is in town again!”

“Clean, comfortable and quiet property less than 1 mile from the Aquatic Center. Lots of space for 4 people. AC worked great. Peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very responsive to questions (usually replies within a couple of minutes) and very clear about rules/expectations. I give this property my highest recommendation and would love to stay here again!!”

“Clean room. Nearby to what we needed to see family. Don’t use the kitchen appliances. Has washer and dryer.”

“the house was a perfect size for our gathering. Very nice home, the host was great and responded right away. The only thing is that the driveway is very steep so if you have a wheelchair or anyone with walking issues it's difficult. Also, there is no shoes in the house policy, so bring slippers of grip socks because its slippery, and the floor gets your feet very dirty. Not a complaint because it was exactly what we needed this is just information.”
