“Where do I start, this place is outstanding in every way! The people who own and operate this establishment should be running courses for everyone else on how to run a motel/hotel. Exceptionally clean, quiet, and had a warmth to it that is hard to explain. Perhaps the high quality, but not generic furnishings. “The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. “I stay each time I travel to Brisbane. Plenty of undercover parking, close to transport links ( I catch the bus to the city) and a new, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel. The rooms are outstanding and the mini kitchen has everything you need for a prolonged stay. The kitKat gift and water is an appreciated touch. The rooms are spotless and well appointed and the beds are divine. Fluffy towels and very nice toiletries - I will continue to be s repeat customer when in Brisbane.”

Pool is the highlight at night, although certain lifts mean you have to walk through the crowded restaurant and bar in your togs .. so wear a duster or similar.
