Sink into the plush sofa, loveseat, or armchair in the living room as you stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your best homecooked meals in the comfort of home, with full-sized appliances alongside ample countertop space and cabinetry for meal preparation and storage. Snag a stool at the counter for casual bites or gather around the formal table to dine in a more formal setting with seating for the whole crew.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between a private bedroom, a loft, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited.
• Pet friendly! An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking costs. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Pets cannot be left unattended, nor allowed on furniture.
• Pets must not be left alone at the house unless you bring a kennel with you.
• Pets cannot be allowed on furniture and beds.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located above the front door, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is located on the side of the upstairs patio, actively monitoring the stairwell.
