"This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. It was very dirty: the bathroom was filthy, and there were dirty footprints on the bedsheets. The air conditioner was leaking heavily, and the room reeked of mold and cigarette smoke. The dirty sheets and blankets caused everyone to feel itchy ..."
