“It's usually booked out as individual rooms as each room as a code lock on it. However as a whole house, although sufficient in general with all the facilities available, the lounge area was not really big enough for a family. There is only a sofa which we managed to squeeze 3 on to and a single armchair, so we had to buy two camping chairs as although plenty of garden chairs they weren't comfortable all evening. Lidl was right next door which was great as we just popped in for what we needed,...

Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour...

“Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service.”

“Its a shared and the people in the house are too loud at night, i booked 3 nights but i only stayed one night ”

“We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer. It's perfect for 2 people or 2 couples, the decor is lovely, it's spotlessly clean and well placed for local pubs etc, with a taxi to the castle just 8. The beds were very comfy and our host left lots of bread etc as the co-op next door is closed at the moment. A really relaxing place to stay just four miles from the city.”

“Absolutely beautiful converted barn, set in a lovely village, we had everything we needed and more, the host Jayne greeted us on the driveway and was very pleasant, we had a lovely meal in the pub across the road the homemade chips were delicious Thank you for a lovely stay would highly recommend this holiday home ”

“The property is in a lovely village with good amenities. Host communication was excellent before check in and during our stay. The accomodation was immaculate; beautifully decorated with everything you need for a home from home. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches left for our arrival (fruit basket, milk, juice etc). "Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. No power outlets by the bed, not even usb. Dirty windows. I had to move the bed, wish I didn't. Previous guests trash under it. It looked clean but so many things had stains on it, like the small info signs or the walls, the furniture was sticky. A hoover was in the hallway, when I walked up the stairs (elevator was out of order) but it was not clean. A lot of dirt in the stairs. Positive: Free parking and nice personnel in the morning. I gave it two chances. First time was bad, second worse. Too bad because the location is quite suitable. "
