“Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

“Room was very clean and spacious. It was nice and cool to sleep in. The parking was right outside. Staff was very helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom suite , so liked how the separated the area with one bed was. Will consider staying here in our future trips!”

“Staff was exceptional and kind. They let us store luggage before check in and after check out which was incredibly helpful. Lodging was clean and roomy! Breakfast was delicious and charming. Navigating the bus system was easy peasy as well which added to the charm! Would recommend staying here and would happily stay here again.”

You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen. However, our room was incredibly small...

“Great location - walking distance to Ganges with all the restaurants and harbour side. Restaurant in hotel very convenient and great for breakfast first thing in the morning. Hotel looks very nice and well maintained. Close to Long Harbour ferry terminal as well and convenient for all sightseeing within the island. For EV drivers, there are EV chargers across the street at Moby's Pub. No issue getting around the island without charging anyways. Ample parking as well. Overall a good stay”

“I was so disappointed with my room. Completely overpriced for what it was. I got the 1 bedroom suite for my mom & I. Advertised as 1 bedroom with an additional queen bed, The queen was a pullout couch, which had a horrible mattress, not suitable for a comfortable bed. My mom’s mattress in the bedroom wasn’t much better. The first morning we didn’t have hot water. Was told to run the water until it ran hot. That took over an hour. The next morning we didn’t have hot water again. Basic...

“Located on the top floor which was perfect since you couldnt hear the other people staying there. Large and comfortable bed, jacuzzi in the room was perfect after a full day out. Became quiet in the evening around 21.30 which for our type of stay in Victoria. Would go back”

“The property is well maintained and you get what you would expect with a budget hotel. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and helpful the staff were and how quiet it was at night time. I would stay here again”
