Terrible experience with mgt company
First of all, the management company will tell you this condo is located in the Bristol Tower, it is not. It is located in Catalina tower therefore giving misinformation made for a terrible check in experience especially when you have to unload, reload and unload again in a different tower. We booked this unit bc we thought we were in Bristol to be next to others in our group. That was the first issue. On our last night, the ceiling started leaking in the kitchen next to the light fixture, which was concerning as this was a safety hazard. No one from the management company knew what to do or how to address. Just we will “submit a ticket”. Luckily I got in touch with security at the actual resort and they got someone from maintenance to come to try to turn the water off in the unit above us. The ceiling was about to collapse all night and we could not go into the kitchen or use it. I’m still waiting to hear back from Vacasa to address our issues. I only get generic text messages.I will only rent from the actual resort now going forward since they seem to be the only ones that were concerned about the safety of the customers. The condo itself is sufficient and cute. The owner deserves better
