Incorrect advertising, no help, broken air conditioning, foul odor permeated the condo, broken bunk beds, leaking rainwater under the door from so-called “sundeck”, please for help were ignored. We didn’t stay due to these unpleasant and unhealthy conditions. We asked for a refund of our entire amount as we had to find another place to stay at the last minute which was extremely costly.

Roomy

Large and roomy accommodations. Comfortable beds and lounging areas. Awesome view of the beach. The distance from the pool to the beach was very walkable.

Great Stay

Penthouse was clean, roomy, and had a nice view of beach and gulf. Easy check-in/check-out process and communication with property management was really good. Over all a great stay!

Gulf Shores

Condo had a great view of the ocean. It was plenty of room so overall all Was good. But there were things that made the stay somewhat difficult. First the bunk beds were wobbly so we had to put the mattress’s on the floor. The shower in the hall by the front door was terrible. It is a big shower head and water came out on one side only and it was not much water. The mattress in the bedroom by the front door has high and low spots. Not enough towels for 10 people but they did bring us more. Ceilings in two showers are peeling and falling to floor. Sliding door to balcony is very hard to open and close. Kitchen utensils very outdated and the knives for preparing meals are very dull. Coffee maker outdated but it does work and super slow. Icemaker very slow making ice. Drawer for trash can hard to open and close. Entry door to condo very dirty and needs painting. But like I said earlier the condo is nice but when you pay a lot of money for a stay it should be perfect.

Perfect!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!

This condo was beautiful! Roomy, beautiful, had everything we needed! The only complaints we had was that the A/C wouldn’t get below 75, and the second master bed bed was so hard, I couldn’t sleep. Besides that, it was perfect! Plenty of room for 13 people!

Exactly what you see in the pictures

Beautiful views from front room, balcony, and bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, washer/dryer came in handy and the place was very nice. Recommend new coffee machine and a broom/dustpan to easily sweep things up. Other than this place was exactly what we needed and would love to stay here again in the future.

Good times!

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that this location is right on the beach just a few steps and you're on the sand. There's a large, spacious pool area too when you need a break from the saltwater. However the cleanliness of the penthouse needs some tweaking. The floors were really dirty and we found a sorkel mask and a men's deodorant in a couple of our pillowcases so that makes us assume the bed linens weren't stripped from the beds and washed before our stay. Also, in parts of the house the ceiling looks like it's buckling and falling. But other than being an eye sore that didn't bother us.

Spectacular view and beautiful condo

The windows of the condo overlook the beach and spectacular ocean view! We watched sting rays swim at the sand bar, and also saw dolphins just a short distance from shore. The condo is decorated nicely and rooms are spacious. The swivel captain chairs overlooking the ocean were well used! Our family of 13 really enjoyed this destination. The pool was located right next to the beach so was very beneficial. The kids played in the waves daily. The table inside was big enough for all of us to play games and work on a puzzle. The site did mention an extra bed in a bedroom that is no longer there so we did bring an air mattress to use. We made dinner each evening and would have liked to have larger baking pans/sheets, but we managed with no problem. I would highly recommend this condo for a girl's trip or family trip!!

Edgewater West 103

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures displayed! There was much excitement by all when we entered and took in the view of the ocean right from the living room windows. We saw a dolphin the first day we were there with lots of marine life from the condo. The entire condo was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of towels, along with a washing machine and a dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed, blender included. The coffee pot seemed to be missing a piece that caused it to hold water in the strainer. It was a little messy but still brewed coffee. The mattress in the bedroom with a full bath (not the master bedroom) was hard; it felt like we were turning on a piece of wood. The rest of the mattresses were extremely comfortable! Check in and check out were super easy! We absolutely loved our stay here! Thanks for the wonderful time and memories!

Beautiful Stay

We had an incredible time on our stay in Gulf Shores. The condo was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed watching out of the huge windows off of the living room. We were accommodated quite well and really don’t have any complaints. I am happy I read through the reviews beforehand though because the pictures don’t accurately represent the room set ups. 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen with a full/full bunk and trundle.

Stuffy

The place was lovely albeit some cosmetic problems in the master bath ceiling. We were greeted with sticky floors and beds that were straightedge but concerned for not washed. We had problems with air conditioning for 3 days but finally fixed. Mgt was responsive. The view was breath taking and it was convenient. We would rent it again.

Amazing views

This was a quality stay. The views were amazing. The windows open in the living room and the bedroom so you can listen to the ocean. The decor is extremely nice and inviting. It looks like it has recently been updated. Very clean.
