Romeo’s Breeze 2025

Our stay at Romeo’s Breeze was great. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups and cooking needs. The house is an easy walk to the beach with a traffic light to cross safely. There are beach shops and restaurants within walking distance if you like to walk vs drive. We will stay here again in the future.

Clean and Nice Beach House! This house is very close to the beach allowing easy come and go throughout the day. We would leave all our belongings out at the beach (during the day) without any problems. Would come back again.

Perfect

The only issue is the pool area. Needs new chairs. Cleaning more often and better and I wouldn’t cook food for my dog on the grill. The condo was perfect but whoever does the grounds could take a lesson from the people that clean the condo. Perfect spot

Over-all the property is great, meeting all expectations for location and getting to other locations.Some things we were not happy with: No chairs on the upstairs floor! Nice place

Property was clean. My concerns for the 4 days we stayed is we did not have dish towels, dish cloth which was needed for cleaning and cooking in kitchen. Also I he 6 people who stayed we had to wash the towels because we didn’t have enough for only 2 days. Please make sure you bring everything because they do not supply toilet paper , paper towels. Other than that it was a nice place. Also when traveling with a group there is only parking for 2 cats and no exceptions! We were there for wedding and had family from 3 states and they could not accommodate our cars.

Getaway

Initially we were pleased with the property. Charming and walking distance to the beach. Upon entering the property we started to notice issues. The cable for the TV downstairs was not plugged in which seemed odd. In our attempt to plug it in we discovered the connection in the back of the television was damaged and it was impossible to plug it in. The Tv was replaced the following day. Day 2 of our 4 day stay revealed mold throughout the unit. It is very visible. It is all around the vents in the downstairs bathroom, the vent in the eating area, the stairs, the ceiling in the bathroom upstairs and around the vents in the upstairs bedroom. I called to alert the management company as well as sent pictures. Their response was would we like someone to come and take care of it? To which we said no we do not want it disturbed. The following day I dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the coffee table. Much to my surprise when I reached to get the pill, there was a used Nike sock under the table which did not belong to us. On the day before we left, the WiFi stopped working. I reported it and was told I needed to contact the provider. Which I did and was put on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up and called the management company again. I was told just as with my own home things like this happen. I said I understand that however it was not my home and I was on vacation. We were without Wifi for the duration of our stay.

This was a great experience and we would not change a thing. 10 minutes to “The Hangout” and Pink Pony. 1/2 block to the beach. The rental was even nicer than the pictures showed. The secondary room was huge for our two kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house

We had a great vacation. The house is absolutely beautiful. Almost like new. The location was perfect. We walked right across the street to the beach. If i had to recommend something that would have improved our visit, it would be to have more blankets. The TV in the living room was also a bit laggy and delayed at times. Other than that everything was perfect!

We will be coming back!

Loved it. The pictures do not do justice to how nice the property is. And, truly right across the street from the water. Plus, if you walk East on the beach just a little, you'll be in the park area and there are very few people there with chairs/tents. Lastly, we left some things at the house (medical equipment) and they, so sweetly, shipped it all back to us. Couldn't have been happier with the experience.

The cottage was beautifully decorated. Such a beachy feel. We really enjoyed our time there. There was not a mattress cover on the king bed but the other two beds hadattress. Not sure what happened

Beautiful Place

Excellent!!! Steps from "Sugar White Beaches" with red light cross walk. Nice swimming pool for the youngsters. Great food restaurants close and a Walmart and Rouses within 2 miles for your needs. Several souvenir shops within a mile. Will love to stay right here again.

The most cleanest up to date property we have ever stayed at. The kids loved it and it was just a short walk across the street to the beach ⛱️ ☀️❤️
