"The breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight! A generous selection and everything was very tasty. Good location - away from the hustle and bustle so you could get a good night's sleep but right next to metro station Overamstel so that the center as well as the airport was only a short ride away. The reception staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The room was nice and included an espresso machine (could also make hot water for tea). Bathroom spacious. Cleanliness ok but could have been a little better, especially in the bathroom where there was dust on the surfaces and the shower drain probably wasn't cleaned since water rose on the floor when showering. The room was a little warm during the night and you couldn't open the window (8th floor), but I'm sure you could ask the reception for a fan (we didn't since it was manageable). Overall a nice hotel at a good location, with wonderful breakfast and friendly staff!"
