“Rooms are big and airy, and affordable even for a solo traveller like me. It means more towards a traditional feel than modern, and it's got everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and memorable. I just wish they'd be more open towards tattoos in their public bath, but there are tattoo tolerant onsen on walking distance. ”

“Wonderful ryokan just by the station in Gora. You can get traditional Japanese dinner service and breakfast. You can also get your own onsen tub on the balcony, which I had, and which was great. The room I had was semi traditional Japanese style. The futon bed wasn't directly on the floor but on a platform. This is a must try. I can really recommend this place.”

“Vi blev besvikna på detta hotell då vi främst bokat det då vi såg bilderna på ett utomhusbad men det visade sig att det badet tillhör ett annat hotell som förvisso låg nära men det var stort och lite krångligt att hitta. Vi skippade badet. En annan besvikelse var maten och miljön i restaurangen som mer var som en skolmatsal. Det var en buffé som inte var särskilt speciell och mest påminde om maten som serverades till frukost. Andra kvällen gick vi ut och åt trots att vi betalat för middagen på...

“Very clean and spacious room. A traditional Japanese feel to it! The amenities were great. They had most things you might need, including Yukatas. This together with the onsen bath made this a very relaxing stay. Finally, the staff was lovely and very helpful!”
