“We had a fantastic family vacation at Bella Vista! The home is spacious, well appointed,and plenty of room for all 11 of us! The location on the lake was perfect with a pool, beautiful sunsets and a calm wide channel for skiing, tubing, jet skiing and paddle boarding. Can’t recommend this property and the owners more highly!”

“Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”
