âAt this hotel they are for sure doing something the right way.
From the very first contact up until we left, the friendliness, the willingness to assist, the personal touch given in the contact with any staff members, is on par with the very top hotels like St. Regis and similar.
Rooms are well kept and comfortable. Beds are soft enough and with high quality linen.
This is a place we will return to every time Hanoi is on our travel schedule. â

âGreat welcome from a super friendly staff at our arrival! The staff was very helpful and kind during our stay.
Nice and clean room. Hanoi is a noisy city but here you would get a good night sleep because of it's great location near the church.
We travled with our 11 months old son and they got put a baby cot in our room without extra charge.
The bed was a little bit hard otherwise everything was perfect! â

âThe hotel is very nice and located in the Old Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very convenient to be picked up for tours. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel arranged the transport from and to the airport for very reasonable rates. The manager went out of the way and spent much time in helping us resolve the issue of an incorrect date of birth of one of the travellers on our group. The staff were always smiling and welcoming when we met them...

"Smooth AirPort pickup. Quick checkin. Very friendly staff and fantastic service. Changed money at the reception at good rate, better rates than at the ATM and my Swedish bank.
Very varied breakfast with big selection of cuisines. Pool area clean with big and nice towels provided.

"The hotel is in a great location on a little side street with very little traffic. The staff were very helpful and recommended what to do in Hanoi. The stairs and the common restroom were pretty dirty and worn and there was no soap either, and there were these little tiny flies in the elevator aswell. The room was kind of nice though and were clean enough but pretty old and worn out. The best thing was the beds. They were really comfy. The breakfast was alright even though you needed to walk like 100 meters to a different hotel because they don't serve breakfast at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. For the price, the stay was pretty decent I would say."
