“Complicated parking. Small rooms. Good breakfast. OK value for the money.”

“This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. “The hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast is a little bit poor in variety and quantities. The staff were always unsure whether I paid for the breakfast or not so they kept asking me whether I paid for the breakfast or not. ”

“in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Great property, location and communication ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Bluebell House and had a fantastic time. Everything from before arrival and during our stay went very smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Theodore!! ”

“The hotel is in horrible conditions, the room was dirty, spots on the carpet and arm chair , old rusty handles in the bathroom , my dog has stayed in better kennels!! 😩”

“Bra läge, helt ok standard, bra frukost, hjälpsam personal.”

“Very fresh hotel. Helpful and nice staff. Really quick and easy to simply get in, get to your pod and get some rest. Towel and shower rooms are provided. Pod was really clean and quiet”

“Great service and personnel! Would definitely stay again next time in löndön”
