Enjoy the eat-in, full kitchen, dining room and living room. All with views overlooking beautiful Merriconeag Sound. With high speed WiFi, enjoy 3 smart TVs (for use with your personal streaming services), or use the dedicated working space which includes a printer for your use.

Amenities including full size washer and dryer, a Weber Charcoal grill, propane Lobster Cooker, and AC units in the Primary and upstairs queen bedrooms. Come relax at this gorgeous property and make unforgettable memories during your stay in Harpswell.

SeaMeadow Cottage is centrally located to all local attractions. A 20-minute drive will have you exploring either side of Harpswell’s two peninsulas. Hike one of our nature trails, shop at our local food markets, gift shops, or stop to eat candy and ice cream. We have restaurants with incredible food and views to satisfy any taste, of course we recommend the seafood! Eat in or take out, you can't go wrong. Start your day witha stroll to the Itty Bitty Coffee House less than a half mile away. As the day progresses check out other Harpswell restaurants we recommend within a 20-minute drive: Erica's Seafood, Dolphin Restaurant and Marina, Pammy's Ice Cream, Uncle Pete's Community Market, Harpswell Schoolhouse, Morse's, Island Candy Company, Salt Cod Cafe, Cook's Lobster & Ale House, Sundrenched and Bailey Island General Store (BIGS). Please confirm hours before arrival for seasonal days and hours.

If shopping interests you, LL Bean and the outlet stores of Freeport are just 20 minutes away. Brunswick and Bath have great downtown areas with stores and plenty of places to explore. Golfing, we have 5 courses within a 30 minute drive.

While at home, sit and relax on the deck, watch lobstermen haul their traps or the water sparkle. On a chilly day curl up for a nap or read a book while still being able to take in the view. In the evenings enjoy gathering on the deck or around the firepit for memory making chats and drinks. At any time the beach is just a 3 minute walk from the house. There is a safe place for launching kayaks, swimming or having lunch at the picnic table.

We recommend a car for your stay here in Harpswell, SeaMeadow Cottage is located 20 minutes from major grocery stores and the town of Brunswick. This a gorgeous house with an amazing ocean view! It seems to be a cottage later extended with a high ceiling hall way and a modern kitchen. We enjoyed the best of the both worlds - the coziness of a cottage and the luxury of large modern high ceiling kitchen with professional grade stove and hood. The location is superb, easy access to everything while staying in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful 7 nights stay.
