The Hotel in general needs an update. Friendly frontdesk but standard of the room was very poor. Broken Windows and broken door. Old and dirty carpet. Procent not relevant to the poor standard.

Great experience! Staff was super helpful. Cozy rooms in the main hotel… love the vibe for a winter getaway… definitely would go back!

Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid
Welcoming staff was a nice experience and I loved that he took a picture of my dog to put up on their wall of fame for dogs. The room was big and clean, my husband was really impressed. The Wilderness Inn
The cabin was clean and neat. It does need some updating. It is under new ownership and they are hoping to do that. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed overnight so it was fine for our needs .
