“I thought the bed was comfortable - the bathroom and room were very clean. The soap and lotion dispenser were almost empty but after speaking with the front desk, Antonio was quick to bring new ones. The phone didn't work so the front desk added to the maintenance list as we were checking out.

“Great welcoming and friendly staff. Room and hotel as expected, however a highly disappointing grab-n-go “breakfast”. I selected the hotel because of breakfast included, and the only “food” offered was muffins and Natture Valley Oat Bars. No bread, no yoghurt, no cereal, no eggs. I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a “recently renovated room” — yes, that’s exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1–2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when it’s time to switch, that I’ll have to “settle” for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard — we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
