We were also unlucky that on our last night the guests in the other half of the duplex were loud until 2am and since the walls are thin, we could not sleep half of the night.Location, safe parking at the back and affordability are the big pros.Hovewer on first night only 1 parking space was avialable, on the second night only 1 spot was taken.The rooms are pass-through. “The house was beautifully remodeled and furnished. Unfortunately it wasn’t described accurately. It is two separate 3 bedroom sides of one duplex without any adjoining doors. You have to walk out the door on one side, walk in front of the rental and to the opposite side of the building to get to the other 3 bedrooms. Definitely not the safest neighborhood.
