“I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions. I sent screenshots and advised that I was unable to reach the staff, and was told a refund could not be issued because it was after 24hrs but I attempted well within the grace period. “Purchased 2 beds for a night as we are no where near from here, I sent a message that we would be late like they asked and we never got a reply back. We went to the hotel and waited calling for about a hour and a half and all calls were declined. We had to sleep In the car at a rest stop.”
