“The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN”

“It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. I called the front desk in the evening of the 4th asking if my room could be...

“Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”

“It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.”

“I did not stay at the hotel because from the outside it did not look safe. All the building around the hotel were abandoned. There was only one way (one lane street) to enter the hotel parking lot. The hotel seemed to be in a rundown area.”

“I loved the staff all of them were warm ,inviting, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety.”

“Staff is not trustworthy. My wife accidentally left her wedding rings in there, just like any other person could do, and once we got back to get them, which was only an hour after leaving the hotel, they had claimed that they weren't in the room. Management was unhelpful in the situation and and didn't even seem to care. Don't recommend for anyone to stay here.”
