“Clean rooms staff was friendly”

“We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. “The light in the bathroom was messed up. When you turned on the switch the light would flicker but not stay on. I had to keep messing with it in order for it to stay on. The toilet made a squealing noise when flushing and the water had a weird smell.”

“Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world.”

“We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

“Hotel was under renovation, gym and pool was not acessible. ”

“Our stay here was very satisfactory. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a very minimal and functional hotel to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. ”

“Nice, big hotel. Comfortable bed. Some people have written in the reviews that the hotel is in a bad area. It is not. The area is filled with new business. Hotel has totally self check-in witch can be frustrating. However, they have easy communication by their service team by WhatsApp. It might take some time to get some things done but they solved my problems. The elevators didn't all work which could cause some waiting. ”
