âThis is not a 5-star hotel similar to other Rixos hotels I have visited.
The hotel building is old and outdated, the rooms with Pera view is definitely not a view of the city but rather a close look into the nearest wall.
Breakfast was nice, some of the staff was friendly, the reception staff was not so nice.
We celebrated a birthday and had ordered flowers & cake in the morning which came as promised so that was nice.
Overall the hotels desperately needs a renovation.
