“The propert manager was very helpful and gave all the information firstcday easy check in and asking the following day if everything was ok. The place was well kept and very clean and with daily cleaning.”

“The hotel facilities and suite size was really good. There was a supermarket in the same block as the hotel which was good considering that the apartment had everything needed for cooking. The personnel at the breakfast room were nice. Food was OK for the breakfast, however it was the same offering every day. (6 days which could get boring). Some of the staff at the reception were more interested in watching the computer than greeting the guests or being helpful when being asked questions. I...

“The hotel is good in terms of service and the spacious rooms. But don't expect much more than that. The hotel is in a neighborhood called ortaköy and I wished we've made more research before going there. The hotel is on the "main street" which means its extremely trafficed outside. If you want to go to Ortaköy and stay at this hotel, make sure that you dont have a room facing towards a street. The cars are honking and playing music from lunch till midnight, and on the weekends its even worse....

“Good: Central location. Friendly staff Less good: No noise isolation at all which means you might have difficulties falling asleep as all the noises from the street and right into your bedroom. The bed isn’t really comfortable. No daily housekeeping. ”

“The staff at this hotel are fantastic! They are there to ensure you're well taken care of. The Turkish style continental breakfast is very good and they bring it to your room. Maybe it's a Canadian custom, but having a microwave in the kitchette would be a good idea. ”

“Yani hic bir sey resimde görunduyu gibi deyildi. Yani temizliyi berbatdi. Yorganlar kirliydi, hemen deyisdirdik, buzdolabin ve dolablarin uzeri de kirliydi. Esim bunlari onlara dedikden sonra hemen ertesi sabah temizlediler. Resimde görunduyu gibi yeni falan deyil. Perdelerde delikler vardi. Elbiseleri koyacak dolap cok kucukdu. Bizim esyalarimizin coğu cantada kaldi, yani yerlesdire bilmedik. Cok gürültülü bir yerdi, her tarafinda barlar var. Geceden sabaha kadar müzik sesinden uyumak...

“RUN! BED BUGS!!!!! Only 1 night sleep and covered by bed bugs bites everywhere, count to 20 bites now! I stayed ONE night in this hotel to catch flight next day. Despite the place looks decent with white sheet and white floor, upon arrival I felt a strange creepy vibe already. So I just want to sleep the night and get off as early as I can. Since I've been bite before, I'm extra careful. I didn't unpack, and slept with my clothes on. Two layers of tshirt underneath, plus long sleeve sweat...

Polite and service minded workers. The cleaning man was so helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay. Close to city and 1453 Maslak was a great area that had everything, nice restaurants and shops. Will come again for sure. ”
