"Our stay at Elite World Grand was overall lovely, the hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful interior. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast, it was truly wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that we looked forward to every morning. The only downside was the experience before arrival. We had contacted the hotel to help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and although they initially responded, the communication eventually stopped completely. We were left without clear information and had to arrange a taxi on our own last minute, which was quite stressful after a long trip. That said, once we arrived, everything went smoothly and we had a pleasant stay. With just a bit more consistency and follow-through in their guest communication, especially before check-in, the hotel could offer an even more seamless experience. "

For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind. The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious. Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger. "

Som hemma ungefär. Sängen funkade för mej, men kanske inte för alla som vill ha en hästens. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten lite enklare men god och fullt tillräcklig. Mycket turkiska bönröror, kaffemaskinen kunde starkt kaffe 💪. Jag åkte off-season så betalade ganska lite för 5 nätter. Närheten till Taksim och gatulivet några minuter bort. Jag är mycket nöjd med resan och boendet."
