"The yard shown in listing picture is not accurate. There is a new house next door and only a tiny strip of grass for dogs to potty on. The AC unit dripped into the potty area creating a muddy mess. "The home was amazing….right on the water with a recently built lovely large home. Bedrooms and baths were very nice. Patios on first and second floor of the house. Air conditioning worked very well.
