Guests of the resort will also enjoy a plethora of additional amenities such as tennis courts, three pools (one indoors), hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise facility, and free shuttle service to the beach during the summer months. A stroll along the private boardwalk will lead you through the Lowcountry directly to Coco’s on the Beach, a relaxed tiki bar and grill favored by locals and visitors alike. Order up a tropical drink and enjoy the views along with the soothing coastal breeze. For a day of easy exploration, rent a bike onsite and peddle around the island, stopping to explore the shopping, dining, and parks along the way. Hilton Head is also a mecca for golfers, with one such option of the Robert Trent Jones oceanfront course right next door to the resort. With all this to do and more, we guarantee you’ll want to come back to Hilton Head over and over again!
Inside the home, you’ll find soothing coastal touches everywhere in the décor and furnishings. A cozy living room greets you with comfortable sofa and armchair seating along with a cable TV, where you can spend your quiet hours surfing the channels. From here, follow the open layout into the dining room where a chic dining room table can seat 6 for formal meals or family game nights. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dual drip and single serve coffee maker, and a suite of cookware and dining ware to take your culinary exploration to the next level. If you’re planning to head out to the beach for a full day on the sand in the plentiful South Carolina sun, you’ll find plenty of beach gear in the home to make your time away from the home the very best it can be.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• The washer & dryer only takes credit or debit card.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. 1 parking pass will be provided, with an additional pass available for a purchase of $2.00.
• Security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood. No security cameras specific to this home.
• This location has a very strict pet policy. No pets are allowed. The only exception is for service animals, which will need prior approval prior to entering the grounds. Pet photos and immunization records will be required. The grounds are constantly being monitored for pets, and violators of the pet policy will be $100+ a day that the pet is onsite.
• This is a 3rd floor unit.
• This unit is located in Building 1.
