“The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! ”

“A nice B&B with an old host, a unique kind of building from 1909 with lots of old furniture etc inside. The room was fairly small, they lowered the temperature during night, I had to get up early and it was a bit cold in the room in the morning. Few places to sit outside the room at 6 am. The surroundings are in the better end but still close to some fairly rough areas”

“The accommodation must be better for living no matter how many days of stay. There were bugs seen at first night of our stay but fortunately our children didn’t notice it otherwise it would be difficult to stay there for couple of days. Overall, it isn’t worth to stay there regardless of the less amount of stay.”

“Very nice hotel, only downside is that the doors are quite thin so you can hear noise coming from the hallway. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine. Nice location and beautiful garden. ”

“One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. Despite Consumer protection laws clearly establishing that accommodations...

“Modernt och fräscht hotell med alla faciliteter du kan önska dig, så som, restaurang, pub, pool, gym och spa.. Vi trivdes jättebra den natten vi var där. Det enda jag skulle kunna klaga LITE på var att restaurangpersonalen var lite okunniga, exempelvis vad gällde deras vinutbud.. Det var helt enkelt inte den bästa restaurangupplevelsen jag haft. Men kan starkt rekommendera hotellet ändå :)”

“Rooms was very clean and whilst no frills it had all of the amenities available anyone could need, including for cooking. Safe free parking was ideal. The location of the hotel is excellent. Just beside is the Zoo and Castle. The town centre is a short walk as is The Black Country museum”

“Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.”
