Välkommen till "Chateau" i Castle Point Paradise! Denna moderna stuga ligger på Paradise Drive och erbjuder en vacker utsikt över Seneca sjön som kan avnjutas från en av de privata balkongerna eller det rymliga däck (i badtunnan!)

Inuti Chateau kommer du att vara glad att hitta ett fullt möblerat kök med alla nya apparater, bänkskivor i granit och till och med en äta på ö för 2! Vardagsrummet är utrustat med en eldstad för att värma dig på de kyliga morgnarna.

På övervåningen hittar du 2 vackert inredda sovrum med en dubbelsäng, 32 "TV och en privat balkong.

I källaren har du mycket att göra! En bar komplett med alla tillbehör för att blanda dina favoritcocktails och en 50 '' LED-TV komplett med 5. 1 surroundljud ska hålla dig underhållen.

Glöm inte att det också finns en queen size-dölj-en-säng i källaren för de extra gästerna!

32 "X 18" däck ger dig många alternativ. Du kan njuta av en måltid tillagad på en gasgrill och koppla av på de bekväma poly-möblerna. Och efter att kvällsljusen bleknar kan du klättra in i badtunnan för att suga upp dina bekymmer.

Platsen för stugan kommer inte att göra dig besviken - tillräckligt långt bort från den misshandlade vägen för att ge dig avskildhet på din semester men nära huvudvägen och flera av vårt områdes största attraktioner. Bara 2 miles från Severne Point båtlansering.

Took the family away for a 3 night stay over Thanksgiving and really enjoyed it. Nice house, view of the lake (though lake access is a drive away) and the property was beautiful. We all loved the hot tub, the movie theatre set up in the basement and the kitchen was well stocked (though a few more coffee mugs and dishes would be nice). Check in and communication was easy and we had no issues. Really enjoyed this house and the location - easy drive to Watkins Glen and everything we would need but felt private enough to be like a cabin in the woods.

The cabin was just as described, beautiful. The location is perfect and the view gorgeous. Just a minute from the main road which easily took us to the tours, restaurants, etc., both north and south of the property. Our questions were answered quickly, and local info was provided which gave us some guidance regarding popular points of interest. We had a great time!

From the booking through the entire stay, this was an amazing experience! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable! The location is great for the wine trail, a quick trip to Penn Yan or a day at Watkins Glen. The on call staff were there for any questions and very professional and efficient. Perfect place for a family getaway or an adults Finger Lakes weekend!! 10/10 experience. We do not plan on booking with anyone else in the Finger Lakes!

The property was exactly what our family enjoys. Out of town, yet close enough. Wonderful deck, back yard, fire pit and hot tub. We had a great time… only complaint is that our trip was too short. (as they often are.) We will have fond memories. Thank you for all your efforts. Until next time… take care.

It is a beautiful property with a view of the lake. Everything was clean, well maintained and functional. The location was great near many wineries and breweries and Watkins Glen and Geneva. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. Laundry, stocked kitchen, comfortable sleeping, and clean. Deck with beautiful views, firepit and hot tub. Good location for getting around the lake and on the quieter side. Will probably rent again. The only negative was check in is late (4 pm) and check out is early (10 am). I'd like to see it 3p and 11 am. Also know that there is an identical home next door on a dead end road. Our neighbors were quiet, but if you'd get a rowdy crowd, it may be a bit noisy. It would be really nice to rent both houses if you have a big family.

Three couples traveled to the Finger Lakes for thé Watkins Glen vintage race festival. Thé Château was exactly as described. Located on beautiful grounds, it was clean & well equipped with all the modern amenities. It was wonderful to have coffee each morning on the deck. We did not use the hot tub but maybe next time!! 5 stars

The house and property was beautiful! It fit us 7 women very comfortably. We never had any issues running out of hot water either! The AC worked great too! Sleep in the basement bed if you really like it cold and you'll get the bonus of more space! The house is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots. etc. We really enjoyed our time and hope to book again in the future! Tip: bring clothes hangers for the closets and your own towels for the hot tub!

Overall, the house was very accommodating. Kitchen supplies were plentiful, except for an issue with the coffee pot. The pull out bedding had not been cleaned, but otherwise, bedding was comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.
