“Do not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all.
We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not...

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We first got a room on 6th floor, but my kids asked if it would be possible to get a higher floor to get a nice view and they gave us a room on the 19th floor, as well as some small toys for the kids. They also accommodated a late checkout for us. The rooms are good size for NYC. Perfect location between Tribeca and SoHo and close to many subway lines.
