“The apartment is good for a short stay in Paris. It is near the central Paris sites and well-connected to the Metro. The size is adequate for 2 people. The only down side is that there isn't much natural light or any view, as it's located within the central courtyard on the building's ground floor. There were some minor maintenance issues (burnt-out lights, shower head that sprayed all over), but we appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. ”

“My son and I stayed here for three days and really enjoyed our stay. The quiet residential neighborhood was beautiful and safe - with families and small local bistros and a handful of shops was a perfect as was the proximity to Parc des buttes Chaumont - a gorgeous park. “Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay immensely due to the amazing location (minutes to The Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, & numerous stores & shops). We felt safe as there were multiple entry codes. My elderly parents appreciated the in-unit lift so that they didn't need to use the stairs. As it reached the low-90s while we were in Paris, having air conditioning was a great treat.
